Расположение, лобби, декор.

Персонал неуслужливый, на ресепшене грязно. Свою регистрацию мы прождали минут 30 (не было на месте администратора). В душе вода текла либо холодная, либо горячая – смешать нельзя было.

Мы отлично провели свой отпуск в этой гостинице. Расположение у отеля превосходное, он находится в двух шагах от магазинов, Petronas Towers и ресторанов. Все номера комфортабельные, а завтраки вкусные и сытные. Весь персонал услужливый и отзывчивый. Любой сотрудник придет на помощь в любое время дня и ночи.

Отель расположен в отреставрированном здании. Я вынужден был звонить трижды на ресепшен, с просьбой кого-нибудь прислать ко мне с целью устранения мелких неполадок. В самом номере был комфортабельно и чисто. Весь персонал в гостинице услужливый и внимательный. Завтраки были вкусными и разнообразными. Меня бесплатно переселили в номер на класс выше того, который я бронировал. Из окон моих апартаментов открывался фантастический вид на город. Я с удовольствием приеду сюда снова.

Близкое расположение большого торгового центра, Pavillion и других торговых центров на Bukit Bintang.

Запас гигиенических средств и чай/кофе не пополняли каждый день. Не уверена, что постельное вообще меняли, потому что я несколько дней наблюдала одно и то же грязное пятно на одеяле. Ни разу за 6 дней нашего пребывания не принесли утреннюю газету.

Мне в гостинице больше всего понравилось два аспекта: расположение отеля и дружелюбие практически всего персонала. Я был разочарован своим номером и качеством некоторых услуг.
