Удачное расположение, близко к центру KL.

Мы жили в 1001м номере на пятом этаже. Моего мужа что-то покусало, может клопы в кровати? Укусы чесались несколько дней, а от некоторых остались даже следы. Мы конечно же написали официальную жалобу, попросили заменить нам кровать и полностью продезинфицировать номер. Однако, руководство гостиницы не закрыло ее для полной проверки. Они продолжили прием гостей, несмотря на заключения врача и фотографии, которые мы им предоставили. на мой взгляд, это очень безответственно со стороння руководства так относиться к постояльцам. В качестве компенсации за случавшееся нам сделали скидку в виде одной бесплатной ночи, но это можно сказать ничего по сравнению с тем, что нам пришлось пережить. Я бы не стала никому рекомендовать этот отель. Какой позор, персонал наплевательски относится к гостям гостиницы.
