Сотрудники были превосходны, большинство из них могло говорить больше, чем на двух языках, они постоянно обучались, были вежливыми, опрятными и полезными.

Хотя большинство блюд было хорошо приготовлено, пирожок с мясом, предоставленный мне в конце завтрака, вызвал у меня ощущение, как будто мяса там не было вовсе. В последующие дни меню оставалось таким же - я был здесь в течение 30 дней, поэтому однообразное питание мне порядком поднадоело. Не понимаю, почему сотрудники не хотели представить гостям более разнообразное меню.

Мы отлично провели время в этой гостинице. Весь персонал на ресепшен и официанты в столовой были внимательными и отзывчивыми. Все номера выглядят хорошо. Постельное белье меняют каждый день. На полу постелен грязный ковер, который нужно хорошенько вычистить или заменить на новый. Гостиница находится рядом со множеством магазинов и ресторанов. В здании есть четыре лифта и все они исправно работают. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда в самое ближайшее время.

Я приехал в Кота-Кинабалу на неделю. Что и говорить - я восхищен! Непередаваемая атмосфера, невероятно гостеприимные, предупредительные и приятные в общении местные жители. Что касается самого отеля the Gaya Centre, его самый большой плюс - близость к двум крупным торговым комплексам региона Merdica и Suria Sabah.
