Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that guests arriving after 17:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Guest checking in after 18:00 and before 23:59 will have to pay a surcharge of MYR 60. Guests checking in after 00:00 (midnight) will have to pay a surcharge of MYR 100. A damage deposit of MYR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
