A 5-minute walk from the hotel is a Night Market, open every Friday and Saturday. Tanah Rata Bus Terminal is a 10-minute drive away while it takes 30 minutes by car to reach Boh Tea Plantation.

Tour arrangements is possible and guests can park their vehicles at a nearby public location for a fee. The front desk operates between 08:00 to 23:00, and can assist with guests' requests.
