Приятный персонал, свободно говорит на различных иностранных языках, это делает пребывание в отеле очень комфортным. Есть электронная информационная система, это очень удобно. Наиболее важным плюсом является его расположение – всего 15 минут до аэропорта и железнодорожного вокзала.

Ужасный отель, я останавливался в этом "Nuova" на два дня. Не работал Wi-Fi, на ресепшн мне посоветовали походить по этажам и поискать, может, где-нибудь он берёт. В итоге я его так и не нашёл. Если вам дорого ваше здоровье, то пробовать завтрак не рекомендую :) Много вещей в таком духе, просто нет времени всё это расписывать. Не рекомендую этот отель: он больше похож на 1-звёздочный отель или хостел.

Я приехал в гостиницу во вторник, а уехал в четверг рано утром. Персонал мне показался услужливым и доброжелательным. Гостиница расположена недалеко от аэропорта и в двух шагах от старого города, здания местного университета и зоопарка.

Удобная кровать, хорошая ванная комната.

Все прошло хорошо: есть парковка напротив отеля, радушный прием, работает лифт и т. д. Потолки довольно низкие, так что если в вас два метра росту, то у вас могут возникнуть сложности :) Хорошие номера.
