Удобное месторасположение. Просторная гостиная со старинной печью. Высокие потолки. Хороший воздух. Удобная бытовая техника, включая стиральную машину, которая размещена в отдельном помещении, поэтому не шумит. Очень доброжелательная хозяйка.

Некоторые неудобства были связаны с тем, что телевизор размещен в спальне.

Студия была чистая, хорошая атмосфера, много места, хорошо оборудованная кухня. Студия находится на улице рядом с торговыми центрами и очень хорошими ресторанами в нескольких минутах ходьбы. До центра города и вокзала можно добраться пешком за 15 минут. Очень красивая часть Риги.

Темный вход и старый лифт совершенно не соответствуют красивой и комфортабельной студии.
