Работники был образцовыми и готовы были прийти на помощь в любой ситуации.

Не были разъяснены дополнительные платы в выходные дни. Эти до абсурда большие непредвиденные издержки чуть не испортили все путешествие.

Эта гостиница известна как «лучшая» в Сеуле. В этом месте я сильно разочаровался. Персонал и обслуживание были превосходными, но в номере было слишком жарко. Кроме того, у нас в номере не было сигнала Wi-fi. Расположен отель не очень хорошо. Он находится в загородном комплексе и чтобы добраться до города нужно воспользоваться автобусом или вызывать такси. В холле нет зоны для отдыха. Я никогда больше не буду останавливаться в этом месте.

The fitness centre, indoor pool and sauna are closed every third Wednesday of the month. Guests must be over the age of 16 to use the fitness centre, while the indoor swimming pool and sauna are available to guests over the age of 13. Children under age of 13 may use the indoor pool and relaxation zone on weekends under parental supervision. There is an extra charge for the access to Urban Island, the on-site outdoor pool. Pre-booking is not allowed and admittance may be limited when the maximum number of users is reached. Guests shorter than 140 cm are only allowed admittance to the outdoor pool while wearing a life jacket. Please be advised that Shilla rewards points are not applicable for reservations made through this website.
