Хорошее месторасположение, в районе есть несколько ресторанов, которые расположены на очень близком расстоянии от входа в отель. Неподалеку от отеля также располагается скоростное шоссе. С окна открывается красивый вид на горы.

Хорошие бассейн и сауна.

Никто из персонала не улыбался, консьерж был не очень услужливым. Про хорошее обслуживание и гостеприимство речь просто не идет. Над этим им нужно поработать, ведь это пятизвездочный отель! Хорошее расположение – практически в центре Алматы, но чтобы словить такси, нужно выйти на дорогу – а это немного странно. Ко входу нельзя подъехать на такси!
