В Ueno Touganeya я остановился уже во второй раз, и должен сказать, что в этот раз мне понравилось здесь даже больше, чем в прошлый (в 2010 году). Расположение превосходное – недалеко от аэропорта Narita (ходит прямой Skyliner train), плюс в этом районе находится много чего интересного. Современный ресепшен, чистые, удобные и уютные комнаты. Номер был немаленьким (как для центра Токио). Персонал был вежливым, Wifi был доступен на всех этажах (пароль нужно брать на ресепшене). Мои рекомендации!
