Расположен недалеко от станции метро, бесплатный интернет, правда, только в холле и не всегда есть доступ. Персонал на ресепшне очень высококвалифицирован и любезен. Мне даже помогли справиться с багажом. Мужская часть коллектива не очень приветлива. Из семи человек только один говорит по английски и еще один сделал попытку ко мне обратиться.

Обслуживающий персонал, в частности мужчины, очень грубые, за исключением одного. Большую часть нашего пребывания не было доступа к интернету, только в холле. Мне сказали, что брони не было, и первые несколько дней мне пришлось пожить у друга. Когда ошибку обнаружили, извинились, друг уже подготовил для меня комнату в своем доме. В конце концов, они должны были предложить какую-то альтернативу в знак компенсации за предоставленные неудобства и ошибку.
