JR Kutchan Station is a 15-minute drive away. Shuttle buses from the station or Shin-Chitose Airport, a 2-hour ride away, can be requested in advance with an additional charge. Main Hirafu Village is just a 1-minute walk from the property.

Guests staying at Tamo can enjoy entertainment facilities like a flat-screen TV, a multi-region DVD player and a Bose home theatre system at the living room. The open-plan kitchen comes with a microwave, an oven, an IH stovetop and a dishwasher. A washing machine, a clothes dryer and a large ski storage/drying room are also included.

Guests arriving between 15:00-18:00 from 15 April until 3 November, or between 15:00-20:00 from 4 November until 14 April are required to check-in at the management office at Ski Japan Travel LTD at 170-304 Yamada, Kutchan, Hokkaido, 044-0081. For guests arriving outside of the stated hours, self check-in instructions will be provided. Please inform the property of your means of transportation, at the time of booking. Ski lift passes, ski equipment rental and resort transfer is available during winter. Please contact the property for more information. Guests can request their bedding preferences up to 3 days prior to arrival (subject to availability). If no bedding preferences have been provided, all rooms will be set up with single beds. Please inform Tamo in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Ski Japan Travel Co LTD will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
