Отель расположен внутри прекрасного средневекового дворца, который оснащен достаточно неплохо. Персонал очень дружелюбный.

Дизайн отеля просто изумительный. Вы чувствуете себя как шейх в своем дворце. Завтрак вкусный и достаточно разнообразный. Персонал очень любезный и отзывчивый. Местоположение отеля очень удачное, поскольку он находится между площадью san marco и небольшой возвышенностью, которая предотвращает крик и шум толпы. Неподалеку можно найти множество ресторанов и магазинов. Бутик vaporetto расположен всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от отеля. Единственным недостатком является то, что отель слегка дороговат, что, однако, характерно для всей Венеции.

Персонал был фантастическим, очень доброжелательным, и предупредительным. Это было 50-летие моего мужа, персонал заметил в карте его дату рождения и оставил бутылку шампанского для него.

В спальне действительно могли поставить комод или тумбочку, было недостаточно места для наших вещей, и мы оставили их в чемоданах.
