Персонал отличный, всегда готов угодить и помочь. Мишель говорит на прекрасном английском языке. Место идеально. Хотя отель находится не на канале, но это всего лишь в 20 секундах ходьбы от Гранд-канала, 30 минутах спокойной ходьбы от площади Сан-Марко, и 10 минут ходьбы от железнодорожной станции Санта-Лючия, что было особенно удобно для нас, так как мы путешествовали на поезде. Номер удобный, тихий, и просторный. Мы получили номер на 3-м этаже (верхний этаж), со стеклянной крышей. Было жарко за пределами комнаты, но в комнате температура была очень комфортная, кондиционер работал хорошо. Завтрак был хороший, в континентальном стиле, с овсяными хлопьями, фруктами, мясом и яйцами.

Ничего негативного сказать не могу.

Номер был очень хорошим и красивым, персонал - доброжелателен и всегда готов помочь, ответить на любые ваши вопросы. Завтрак также был хорошим.

В нашем номере было несколько комаров, которые постоянно кусали меня и мою девушку. У каждого из нас было по паре укусов каждое утро. Кроме того, пользоваться WiFi довольно сложно, потому что каждый раз, когда вы хотите его подключить, вы должны зарегистрироваться на веб-странице с именем пользователя и паролем, и после столь сложных манипуляций вы узнаете, что он заблокирован.

Очень хорошее обслуживание и фантастический номер.

Мы попросили, чтобы нам улучшили уровень номера за небольшую доплату. Номер просто восхитительный, потолки высокие и очень-очень просторно. Персонал приветливый, правда нас почти не обслуживали, только завтрак рано утром и на следующий день мы уехали (у нас был поезд рано утром). Спасибо! Место сложновато найти для навигатора, а все остальное просто прекрасно!

И сам отель, и номера абсолютно восхитительны! Персонал обходительный и отзывчивый, нам посоветовали много хороших ресторанов и помогли организовать поездку на остров Мурано с посещением стекольных мастерских. От отеля можно легко добраться до вокзала, а также районов Сан Марко и Риальто. Советую приобрести хорошую карту, чтобы не запутаться в лабиринте каналов и старинных улочек. Венеция - поразительный, необыкновенный город!
