A member of staff will meet you at the water-bus stop closest to the apartment you have chosen, will escort you to the accommodation, and will provide you with important information for your stay. No guests aside from the ones mentioned in the booking are allowed to stay in the apartments. Smoking is forbidden in all apartments. The property reserves the right to refuse entrance to any additional guests exceeding the number of guests written on the reservation. A first set of bed linen and towels is included in the rate. Additional costs: Please note that late check-in is available at a surcharge of EUR 40 from 20:00 until 23:00. After 23:00 late check-in is only possible upon prior confirmation by the property at a surcharge of EUR 80. Please note that on 24 and 31 December the establishment will not be able to accept any arrivals in the apartment after 15:00. On 25 December and 1 January no arrivals can be accepted. Please verify the location of your apartment in its description. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
