Немного медленный лифт.

В номере мило и симпатично; современная чистая ванная. Приветливый персонал, подсказали нам, куда можно сходить и как туда добраться. Говорят по-английски! В самом "сердце" города – всё под рукой. Определённо остановились бы здесь ещё. Проживанием довольны во всех отношениях!!

Расположение отличное, в нескольких шагах от площади Марка. У нас была хорошая квартира, недалеко от отеля.

Нет ни Wi-Fi, ни телефона, чтобы связаться с отелем. Мы должны были уехать рано, в 5 утра, поэтому мы сообщили об этом заранее, но когда мы приехали в отель, чтобы доставить ключи, отель был закрыт и постучав некоторое время, мы просто оставили ключи в квартире.

В туристическом смысле отель расположен безупречно - до площади Сан-Марко 2 минуты пешком, до паромной пристани не более 10 минут. Наш номер был простой, без особого вида, с маленькими окнами. Ванная оказалась большой и идеально чистой. Кровати удобные. Персонал ответственный и радушный. Завтраки одни из лучших в Италии.

Отель расположен рядом с центром города, остановками общественного транспорта и основными историческими достопримечательностями. Внимательный персонал оказал нам хороший прием и помог решить возникшие проблемы. В городе стоит неприятный запах из-за отсутствия воды, в отеле таких проблем не было. В ванной комнате хороший напор воды. В номере прекрасно работает кондиционер и есть свободный доступ к Интернету

Интернет работает с перебоями. Скудный завтрак. Никакого разнообразия сыра, яиц, хлеба и фруктов. Официанты на завтраке вели себя недоброжелательно. Облицовка кровати была очень старой, но покрывало чистое.
