You will be contacted by the property to arrange check-in and staff will then show you to your apartment. You must bring your own bed linen and towels as they are not available on site. Please note that the apartment is located on the third floor of a building with no lift. Heating is not included in the rate from 08 April 2017 to 20 May 2017 and from 01 October 2017 to 04 November 2017. It will be charged 5 EUR per day of usage. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
