Месторасположение. По прибытии персонал встречает очень дружелюбно. Хороший завтрак, за исключением того, что никто не возвращается чтобы спросить, может кто-то хочет еще капучино.

В отеле нет носильщика. Водитель машины, которую отель вызвал, чтобы доставить меня в аэропорт, был грубым и не помог мне с багажом ни при выходе из гостиницы, ни в аэропорту. Также во время поездки он говорил по телефону и писал смски.

Отель милый и аккуратный, персонал душки и умницы. Однако уровень номеров меня неприятно поразил. Мы заплатили за номер "делюкс", а номер, в который нас поселили, не тянул даже на самый скромный стандарт, не говоря уже о "делюксе"!

Красивый номер с джакузи. Восхитительное расположение, спрятан от всех, с минимальным количеством туристов. Хорошее меню на завтрак, свежевыжатые соки были очень хороши. Прекрасный персонал, который сделал наше путешествие - особенно Бенедетта и Николь. Николь помог нам заказать билеты на Музеи Ватикана. Не было никаких особых проблем.

Наш номер был на первом этаже, было слышно ресепшн. Небольшая комната для завтрака, наверное, можно было использовать зимний сад для ресепшна. Наш номер был огромен, но разочаровал платяной шкаф, так же, как и размер ванной комнаты.

Превосходное расположение на тихой, элегантной улице в пешей досягаемости от Ватикана и площади Кампо деи Фьори. Номера искусно декорированы, с использованием исторических мотивов в современной обработке. Чистота идеальная. Сервис бесподобен.

В этой гостинице работает доброжелательный персонал. Я жил в небольшом, но комфортабельном номере. Кровать была удобной. Отель находится в типичном здании шестнадцатого века. Завтраки были небольшими, но вкусными и сытными. Всем постояльцам предоставляется бесплатный доступ к беспроводному Интернету. Душевая кабина была маленькой. Несмотря на это буду останавливаться здесь и впредь.
