Magnificently

Ни один отель не сравниться с этим. До большинства достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком. Номер, в котором мы жили, был чистым и опрятным. Постельное белье очень красивое и удобное. Кондиционер работал хорошо. Завтраки были вкусными. Персонал доброжелательный и услужливый. В номерах убирали и меняли полотенца каждый день.

Без нареканий.

Расположение.

Там нет отдельного душа - просто ванна, которая находится буквально посередине комнаты без шторы. Кроме того, было невозможно поспать, поскольку другие гости звонили, чтобы их впустили, на ресепшне было очень шумно. Это больше походило на отдых в общежитии, а не в хорошем отеле. Я никогда останавлюсь здесь снова - в лучшем случае 2 звезды.

Мы прочесали весьма оживленную улицу via cavour в Риме вдоль и поперек, пока нашли наконец офис этого турагентства. Постучали в дверь. Никто не ответил. Позвонили по указанному номеру. Абонент недоступен. Тогда мы позвонили в офис продаж, через который бронировали отель. Там нам любезно сообщили, что этот посредник оказался ненадежным и прогорел, поэтому нам оформили возврат средств и отправили уведомление электронным письмом. Да вот только на тот момент я был в отъезде уже 2 недели и ни о чем таком не подозревал! Для чего я тогда указывал номер своего мобильного в бронировании?? Конечно, с этой ситуацией мы еще будем разбираться... А на тот момент мы остались одни посреди незнакомого города, а все отели в округе были забиты под завязку. К счастью, в одной гостинице нам удалось найти последний номер.
