Мы останавливались в двух отелях Рима, оба были 4-звездочные. В обоих завтраки были не такие вкусные, как в другой 2-звездочной гостинице. В одном из этих отелей весь обслуживающий персонал состоит из китайцев, за исключением сотрудников на ресепшене. Весь персонал очень услужливый и внимательный. Расположение у гостиницы просто великолепное. До железнодорожного вокзала, автовокзала и хороших ресторанов можно дойти за несколько минут. Оба раза нас селили в комфортабельные и чистые номера со всем необходимым внутри.

В Риме мне нужно было провести всего одну ночь, и этот отель находится как раз рядом с Термини. Чемодан у меня был, конечно, тяжелый, но я все равно сюда дошел пешком. Номер был чистым, опрятным и удобным. Завтрак мне понравился – был достаточно разнообразным и включал в том числе и рыбу.

Один из администраторов был сильно медлительным – из-за него в приемном отделении постоянно скапливались очереди.

Только местоположение.

Это был плохой выбор: кондиционер не работал, поскольку персонал не предупредил что для того чтоб он заработал, окна должны быть закрыты. Дверь ванную комнату не открывалась полностью, так как при открытии её на половину она соприкасается с кроватью.

Отель находится очень близко к железнодорожной станции, что сильно упрощает передвижение по городу. Работники всегда были готовы подсказать дорогу или дать совет. Было приятно вставать по утрам, думая о том восхитительном завтраке, который меня ожидает.

Ничего плохого не могу вспомнить - мне действительно понравилось здесь.
