Вежливость персонала, завтрак, бесплатный wi-fi.

Ничего, всё прекрасно.

Обслуживание было замечательное, мы отлично провели время, наслаждались каждой минутой, проведенной там. Сотрудники ресепшена вели себя тепло и отзывчиво. Номер - замечательный, в нем было все необходимое. Служащие терпеливо отвечают на все ваши вопросы. Мы с радостью рекомендуем этот отель....

К жд вокзалу идти 10 минут, к Колизею – 10 минут, к Испанской лестнице – 10 минут – в общем, очень хорошее расположение. Номер был простым, но удобным, там были чайник, холодильник и высокоскоростной интернет. Персонал учтивый, номер всегда убирался добросовестно. С удовольствием рекомендуем этот отель всем путешественникам!

Мне понравились дружелюбные работники и то, что отель расположен в центре. Сотрудники были очень любезны и досконально знали район, в котором находился отель.

Вначале я не понял, как туда добраться, потому что когда мы пришли, входная дверь была заперта и никого рядом не было. Поскольку мы находились в чужой стране, воспользоваться нашими мобильными телефонами, чтобы позвонить в отель, мы не могли. К счастью, вскоре нас пустили внутрь другие люди, живущие в этом доме, поэтому долго ждать на улице нам не пришлось. Затем мы сумели найти нужный этаж - ну а там нас встретили сотрудники, которые показали нам наш номер. Несмотря на этот эпизод, я был счастлив здесь побывать и с радостью приеду сюда еще, потому что здешние люди мне очень понравились.
