Этот отель был лучшим за все время моих путешествий по Европе - он современный, уютный, местами роскошный. Персонал был доброжелательным и полезным, он помог мне с информацией о транспорте, о местах, рекомендуемых для посещения. Я был немного удивлен, что некоторые сотрудники понимают русскую речь. Очень вкусные завтраки. Отдельное спасибо Франческе, Аманде, Веронике и Лука за приятно проведенное время и качественное обслуживание.

Все было превосходно, жалоб нет.
