* Безупречный персонал * Завтрак был одним из лучших, которые я когда-либо пробовал и каждое утро этот ритуал выполнялся безукоризненно * распложение в самом центре * дизайн и терраса на крыше - потрясающие.

* В нашем номере было шумно из-за того, что он располагался над входом в комнату завтрака и консерваторией.... Трудно было уснуть. * Звонок входной двери доставлял много шума (люди выходили и заходили).

В нашем номере не работало кондиционирование, поэтому нам постоянно приходилось открывать окна. А поскольку номер выходил на парадный вход отеля, то там постоянно было шумно. И это, к счастью, было нашей единственной жалобой. Отель имеет прекрасное расположение, сотрудники вежливые и учтивые, говорят на хорошем английском. Богатый завтрак «шведский стол» состоял как из холодных, так и из горячих блюд.

Настоящий дворец, находится близко ко всему, отличный завтрак, бесплатный богатый набор фруктов (хотя и нуждается в мытье).

Покрывало на кровати и постельное белье были грязными. Все полотенца старые и потрепанные. Никогда больше сюда не приеду. На ресепшене работает угрюмый и молчаливый персонал.
