Завтрак вполне приличный. Туалетные принадлежности (не пользовались, но выглядят красиво). 2 пары тапочек (но малоразмерки, мне с 45 на пол ноги). Лифт по карточке гостя. При выезде вещи можно оставить на хранение в отеле. Есть электрочайник, с пакетиками чая :)

Бронировал с мобильного приложения Hostel.ru, категории Люкс, самый дорогой из предложенных вариантов, по факту заселили в семейный номер. Обещанных халатов не было, мини бар с бесплатными напитками состоял из бутылки воды и 2х банок колы. Бронировал с возможностью бесплатной отмены брони за сутки, но деньги заблокировали на 12ч раньше. При выезде потребовали заплатить всю сумму еще раз, т.к. деньги до них не дошли, все претензии к банку (благо была возможность повторно оплатить). Пешком от вокзала 15-20 мин, метро 5-7 мин, до центра 20-25 мин (общественным транспортом добраться до центра быстрее, но в так случае лучше поселиться чуть дальше, заплатив в разы меньше). Здание буквой П, вид из окна в другие окна. В кафе при отеле съесть (платно) можно только сэндвичи, ни какого жаренного мяса, пиццы и прочей национальной кухни.

Достойно туриста выше средней категории достатка. Чисто,аккуратно, удобно.

Проводился ремонт фасада. Вид из окна оценить не возможно.

Комната очень хорошая и чистая. Есть достаточно места, чтобы работать и наслаждаться хорошим сном.

Кондиционер не был включен НАМЕРЕННО (ответ от менеджера отеля). Это неприемлемо, так как в ту ночь жара достигала 28 градусов!

Бронировал с мобильного приложения Hostel.ru, категории Люкс, самый дорогой из предложенных вариантов, по факту заселили в семейный номер. Обещанных халатов не было, мини бар с бесплатными напитками состоял из бутылки воды и 2х банок колы. Бронировал с возможностью бесплатной отмены брони за сутки, но деньги заблокировали на 12ч раньше. При выезде потребовали заплатить всю сумму еще раз, т.к. деньги до них не дошли, все претензии к банку (благо была возможность повторно оплатить). Пешком от вокзала 15-20 мин, метро 5-7 мин, до центра 20-25 мин (общественным транспортом добраться до центра быстрее, но в так случае лучше поселиться чуть дальше, заплатив в разы меньше). Здание буквой П, вид из окна в другие окна. В кафе при отеле съесть (платно) можно только сэндвичи, ни какого жаренного мяса, пиццы и прочей национальной кухни.
