Персонал на ресепшне превосходный.

Завтрак занимает много времени из-за того, что персонал слишком долго и вяло готовит омлет. Возле выхода всего один лифт, это не удобно. Второй лифт не работал 4 дня!

Роскошный и изысканный интерьер и экстерьер, очень близко к главным достопримечательностям города, чистые и безопасные окрестности отеля, замечательный персонал, гостеприимный и профессиональный. Мне очень понравился отель, все необходимое было предоставлено, организовано.

Необходимо указывать горничным, что им необходимо заменить или убрать, например, кружки, чашки, соки, бутылки с водой, ложки. Они сами забывают это заменять.

Первоклассный отель. Очень комфортный номер с чудесным декором. Могли бы включить завтрак в такую цену. Очень понравилось перебивание в этом отеле, персонал был очень полезным и предоставлял всю нужную информацию. Единственным недостатком есть обязательный задаток в сумме 200 Евро, который возвращается лишь через 9 – 10 дней. Я, бывало, давал задаток, но его всегда возвращали либо немедленно, либо через 3 дня. Этот же раз, пока я не позвонил через два дня и не спросил о своих 200 Евро.
