The agency is open from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 18:00. On Sundays, it is open from 10:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 18:00. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. The first set of towels costs EUR 5 per person, the first set of bed linen costs EUR 10 per person. Heating costs are not included and will be paid according to consumption. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Via Cassoni 28, 38067 Pieve di Ledro. Please inform Casa Pineta in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
