Второсортный завтрак, поэтому я уже на второе утро завтракал в другом месте. Сотрудники вели себя так, будто бы у них нет на вас времени. Ужасный Wifi – нужно вводить пароль каждый раз, как подключаетесь – очень неудобно и даже раздражает!

Невероятно грязные и старые номера. Завтраки ужасные. Скорость Интернета очень медленная. Персонал бесполезный. Здесь было настолько плохо, что мы решили выехать на два дня раньше положенного срока. Однажды мы захлопнули дверь и никак не могли ее открыть, так она попросту заблокировалась, и нам пришлось звонить на ресепшен.

Второй раз в этом отеле у нас возникли проблемы на ресепшене: пожилая женщина, которая нас поселяла, была крайне неприветлива! Остальные молодые сотрудники были ничего. Не спросив, нас поселили в номер для курящих, пришлось просить его поменять. В конце концов, новый номер был четырехзвездочного стандарта.

Прекрасный номер, с огромным камином и мраморной терассой, расположенной перед отелем. Мне понравился завтрак, включающий в себя шведский стол. Хорошие местные цены.
