Изысканный отель... один из лучших, в которых мне доводилось жить, а я был не в одном 5-звёздочном отеле! Все сотрудники невероятно милы... они даже принесли кусок яблочного пирога со свечкой на 21-й день рождения моей дочери. Невероятно! Понравилась также вечерняя традиция с бокалом шампанского.

Мне очень понравилось расположение, дизайн, завтраки и обслуживающий персонал, который был превосходен в частности мисс Ombretta Comito. Я рассказал про этот отель членам моей семьи и друзьям. Эта гостиница и персонал заставят меня вернуться во Флоренцию.

Мне на самом деле все понравилось в St. Regis Florence, причем настолько, что я не буду останавливаться в других отелях кроме этого.

Мы выбрали номер без вида на реку, комната была восхитительно оформлена в историческом стиле, а все услуги были выполнены быстро и хорошо. Персонал ресепшена был особенно радушным и вежливым, и консьержи были отличные. Отличное знакомство с Флоренцией!
