Персонал очень услужливый и профессиональный. Привели нас в номер после регистрации и провели экскурсию по апартаментам (где находятся выключатели, как включить обогреватель, как открыть окно и т.п. даже поменяли лампочку)! Помогли нам поднять багаж в номер, во время вселения, и погрузить в лифт во время выселения. Очень хороший персонал!

Очень красивый и уютный интерьер в общественных местах и номерах. Удобное расположение, недалеко от железнодорожного вокзала и множества ресторанов, магазинов и достопримечательностей. Окна добротные, поэтому вы можете спать хорошо, несмотря на оживленные улицы снаружи. Будем останавливаться там в моей следующей поездке во Флоренцию!
