Номер выходил на озеро. Поблизости находится много хороших ресторанов и магазинов. . Ничего не могу рассказать о ресторане в отеле, так как мы там не кушали.

Одноразовые полотенца. И занавеска в ванной тоже одноразовая.

Дорогой друг, я провёл длинные выходные в Barchetta Excelsior и мы наслаждались каждой минутой нашего пребывания, с момента заселения до самого отъезда. Все мы имели дело с приятным, ответственным, внимательным и милым персоналом. Безупречный отель, красивый номер, нам сильно понравилось, что постельное бельё меняют каждый день, в добавок на подушке оставляют маленькую шоколадку . Отель находится в прекрасном месте, озеро находится прямо через дорогу. Кроме того, легко добираться ко всем районам города, либо на автобусе, либо на лодке. До станции Сан-Джованни в Лугано на поезде добираться, всего пол часа. В Комо я определённо приеду ещё раз и остановлюсь именно в Barchetta Excelsior

Женщина, работаюшая на стойке регистрации произвела на меня только лучшие впечатление, а благодаря хорошему расположению отеля я и вовсе остался доволен своим визитом. Мы частеньком выходили к лодкам, чтобы пересечь местное озеро и посетить красивую площадь с обилием ресторанов и магазинов. Я рекомендую этот отель тем, что хочет хорошо провести время в Комо.
