Хорошее расположение – удобно добираться к автобусному и жд вокзалу, а также к достопримечательностям. Персонал был очень услужливым, хотя нас и вселили не в тот номер, который мы бронировали. И комната, и ванна были просторными и очень чистыми.

Места коллективного пользования очень маленькие – отдохнуть там просто нереально.

Хороший вариант, правда, к номеру вела длинная лестница, что не есть хорошо для людей с тяжелыми чемоданами.

Здание, расположение, персонал и питание - выше всяких похвал. Можно выделить только три минуса. Во-первых, окна выходили на чрезвычайно шумную улицу, движение на которой затихало только в 2 ночи с тем, чтобы в 4 утра начаться с новой силой. И так каждую ночь. Во-вторых, семейный номер оказался простым двухместным с разложенным в углу диваном-кроватью. Места для четверых катастрофически не хватало, хотя для двоих человек он подошел бы идеально. В-третьих, кондиционер в номере работал с громким гудением, а конденсат начал капать на находящийся под ним диван. В принципе, я согласна приехать в этот отель еще раз, но только при условии, что получу номер с исправным кондиционером и видом на внутренний дворик.
