Внутренний двор, внешнее окружение, питание.

Сотрудники буквально бежали в бар. Персонал всегда должен пускать вперед гостей, а не торопиться к барной стойке вперед их. Плохое обслуживание у бассейна, и когда я несколько раз просил унести грязные тарелки, они не обращали на это никакого внимания. Некоторые сотрудники, безусловно, работают хорошо, но, в целом, имидж персонала портится из-за нескольких личностей.

Это уникальное место в городе со своей историей. Я жил в номере 61 и мне здесь понравилось абсолютно все. Обслуживание находится на высоком уровне. На ресепшене работают отзывчивые и внимательные сотрудники, которые работают очень профессионально. Я буду останавливаться здесь и впредь.

Великолепный и гостеприимный отель. Очень приятно там находиться. Недостаток - медленное обслуживание во время ужина, мой номер располагался рядом с мечетью, в которой всю ночь призывали к молитве.

Персонал и обслуживание в отеле the American Colony оказалось довольно первоклассным. Рекомендую вам посетить его. Отель оформлен в качественном и уютном стиле, внутри отеля есть собственный дворик с пышным и ароматным садом. Это настоящий оазис в сердце Восточного Иерусалима!

Побывав в большинстве отеле, считающихся одними из лучших в Иерусалиме, я должен сказать, что этот отель самый лучший в Иерусалиме. Учитывая израильские стандарты, здесь чувствуешь себя как дома. Очень хороший персонал. К сожалению. в высокий сезон цены здесь тоже высокие. Отель не кошерный, поэтому посетители, в основном, европейцы, нет туристических групп.:-)
