A security deposit of EUR 50 per person is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation and use of facilities. The security deposit must be paid in one payment, and cannot be paid by separate guests. The repayment can take 3 to 10 working days. City Studios & Apartments cannot accept top-up debit cards. Due the differing nature of the apartments, images displayed are only a representative sample and apartments may differ. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
