Group bookings of 10 guests or more must be paid in full with final numbers 4 weeks prior to arrival. A group security deposit equivalent to EUR 300 is payable on arrival and a code of conduct signed by the group leader, if this is not adhered to your deposit may be forfeited otherwise this deposit will be refunded upon departure. During busy periods, Ashfield Hostel may ask you to move rooms (to a room of the same type, or an upgrade). It is possible that members of your group may not be allocated the same room. Children under 16 years cannot sleep in dormitory rooms shared with other guests. Please note that maximum length of stay is 14 nights, this applies cumulatively to separate booking in a 6 month period. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
