A security deposit of EUR 50 per person is required upon arrival for incidentals. Please be advised that only one credit or debit card payment can be made for the security deposit. Individual per person payments are not permitted. The payment will be used to cover incidental items including, but not limited to, breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other residents enjoyment of the property. Security deposits may also be used by the management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities. The security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the apartment when the guests check-out. Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take between 3-10 working days, depending on the bank. Management reserve the right to refuse guests. Any guests not adhering to House Rules will be evicted without refund. Check-in instructions will be sent by the property via email after booking. Please note, some of the rooms are located on the upper floor and accessed by stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with a mobility impairment. The credit card used to secure the reservation must be presented, along with valid identification, upon check in. Kindly note that Amberley House cannot accept top-up debit cards. When booking 3 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Amberley Apartments cannot guarantee that rooms will be located in the same building. Check-in for the apartments is from 16:00. Please note that Amberley Apartments are located a 5-10 minute walk from Amberley House. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
