A security desposit of EUR 50 per person is required upon arrival. Please be advised that only one credit or debit card payment can be made for the security deposit. Individual per person payments are not permitted. The payment will be used to cover incidental items including, but not limited to, breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other residents enjoyment of the property. Security deposits may also be used by the management in the event of unauthorised extra guests using the room and facilities. The security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the apartment when the guests check-out. Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank’s policy. Typically this may take between 3-10 working days, depending on the bank. Management reserve the right to refuse guests. Any guests not adhering to House Rules will be evicted without refund. Kindly note that Amberley Dublin City Apartments cannot accept top-up debit cards. The check in location for Amberley Apartments is located at Amberley House at 34 Lower Gardiner Street , D1 Dublin, Ireland The property cannot guarantee that apartments on the same booking will be located in the same building. Please note that Amberley Apartments are located a 5-10 minute walk from Amberley Guesthouse. Please note the images displayed are only a representative sample and apartments may differ.
