Group bookings of 10 guests or more must be paid in full with final numbers 4 weeks prior to arrival. A group security deposit equivalent of EUR 300 is payable on arrival and a code of conduct signed by the group leader, if this is not adhered to your deposit may be forfeited otherwise this deposit will be refunded upon departure. During busy periods, the accommodation may ask you to move rooms (to a room of the same type, or an upgrade). It is possible that members of your group may not be allocated the same room. Children under 16 years cannot sleep in dormitory rooms shared with other guests. You must have photo ID at check-in. Please note that maximum length of stay is 14 nights. This applies cumulatively to separate bookings in a 6 month period. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
