Дружелюбный отзывчивый персонал, красивый бассейн и центральное расположение.

Приятное пребывание. Очень мирно и спокойно. Отлично для выезда на уикэнд, когда можно посидеть на балконе и ничего не делать. Были вечера, когда из номера было слышно, как где-то играет живой джаз. Было приятно прохладным вечером просто сидеть и слушать музыку. Завтрак неплохой. Ничего необычного, но у них хороший выбор бекона и колбас. Если вы едете с группой, останавливайтесь на вилле Хэвн...

Мне очень понравилось, что мы были переведены в другой номер! Я заказал двухместный номер, и мы получили с одной спальней на втором этаже. Завтрак был обильным, бассейны приятными и даже тренажерный зал был хорошим. Расположение прекрасно: рестораны, магазины и супермаркет Bintang (где можно купить практически все, на половину дешевле, или даже больше), находятся в непосредственной близости от отеля. Однако, если вы планируете тусить на пляже, может имеет смысл поискать что-то другое, здесь минут 20 до океана. Хотя, тут ходит автобус, каждые два часа.

Живая музыка в ресторане (каждый вечер) была ужасно громкой. Бар плавательного бассейна завышают цену. Также были некоторые технические проблемы с телефоном в нашем номере. Мы получили телефонные счета других гостей и в конце с нах хотели снять деньги за звонки, которые мы не делали.

Хорошие номера, есть всё, что вам необходимо. Завтрак нормальный, другая еда дорогая (учитывая малый размер порций). Персонал в основном любезный. Остановлюсь здесь в следующий раз, есть всё, что мне нужно (тренажёрный зал, бассейн, хорошие номера).

Important information

Guest must use a credit card which would directly be charged or pre-authorized during booking. Guests are also required to present the same credit card used upon reservation for verification upon check-in. Failure to produce the credit card may cause the reservation to be cancelled without refund. Debit cards or cards that have debit and credit card functions must not be used. If the guest who made the booking is not the same as the guest who will check in, hotel will email guests a billing authorization form. Guests are to complete and sign the form before sending it back to hotel together with a copy of the credit card used for booking and their ID. Please note that bedding type, extra bed, and crib request as well as babysitter service are subject to availability. Extra bed is only available at the suite and villa categories at an extra charge. A maximum of 1 extra bed can be accommodated per room and is inclusive of breakfast. Breakfast is served based on the standard occupancy for each room type, except for guests booking the room-only option. Additional guests including children will be charged for their breakfast directly at the hotel.
