Уровень обслуживания клиентов очень низкий. Я забронировала 2 ночи в отеле и из-за отмены самолетов не смогла приехать. Я звонила им, но не могла пробиться. На сайте нигде не говорится о том, что отель может снять с карточки стоимость 1 ночи. С меня сняли 30 CAD поверх стоимости 1 ночи. Политика бронирования не предполагает взимание дополнительной платы. Никакого объяснения, никаких других вариантов (например ваучер для последующего использования и т.п.) не последовало.

Быстрый заезд, чистые и комфортабельные комнаты, близко до двух аэропортов.

Я забронировал номер в интернете, и когда мы приехали нас встретили профессиональные администраторы и с улыбкой проводили нас до номера. Нам дали скидку на интернет. Доставка еды осуществлялась быстро и еда была великолепна. Утренние звонки были всегда вовремя. Выезд также оформили быстро и милая машинка с кондиционером быстро доставила нас в аэропорт за 5 минут.
