Любой сотрудник на ресепшене с радостью вызовет вам такси и задержит его, если вы не успеете спуститься к положенному времени.

Помощь из бизнес - центра и в баре.

Они забыли забрать меня из аэропорта, хотя это черным по белому написано в условиях бронирования мною номера в отеле. После своего выезда я забыл ценный предмет в своем номере. Помощь была ничтожной и запутанной. Они сказали, что проверили не тот номер, и стали говорить о том, что я спутал комнаты и ночевал в другом номере. Было потрачено полдня, пока я не показал им счет. Между тем никаких следов найти не удалось, и я потерял дорогую вещь. Услуги прачечной предоставляются в последние минуты перед отъездом и только после настоятельной просьбы.

Забронировал номер для ночлега между рейсами, близко к международному аэропорту, очень быстрое оформление заезда, внимательный персонал, 4 ресторана на выбор, везде меню на планшете, отличный бар, номера и сервис доставки еды в номер. Я жил в разных гостиницах, включая Хилтон, и этот вошел в 5-ку самых лучших отелей для меня.
