Отель очень понравился. Предупредительный доброжелательный персонал. Тихо, спокойно и красиво. Рядом с отелем ресторанчик с отличным меню. Всё вкусно, а главное свежайшие продукты.

Завтраки для европейцев очень скудны. Яичница, либо омлет и тосты с джемом.

Здание поддерживается в хорошем состоянии, красивые сады, плавательный бассейн, просторная зона ресепшен.

Особых претензий к отелю нет; но, как и у многих пляжных отелей, нет развитой инфраструктуры вокруг отеля, поэтому нужно постоянно ездить в центр - в город Тривандрум, так как еда в отеле очень дорогая. Дал, рис и картошка-фри вместе стоят около 1000 рупий, такого количества всё равно не хватает на 2 взрослых и ребёнка.

Отличное расположение в сочетании с отличным и очень доброжелательным и предупредительным персоналом.

Полотенца смотрятся плохо. Бюро путешествий / ресепшн не хочет заказать такси возле отеля, которыое было намного дешевле.

Когда я приехал в гостиницу, оказалось, что мой номер не готов для вселения, хотя я бронировал его за месяц до прибытия. Мне пришлось прождать порядка трех часов пока я смог войти в свои апартаменты. Обслуживание было ужасным. Почти все сотрудники грубые и работают непрофессионально. Я больше никогда сюда не приеду. Рядом есть много других отличных отелей. В этом месте нужно все срочно изменить.
