Please note that the property requires a deposit of INR 15000 at the time of check in. This is a refundable deposit that will be used in case of damage or loss to the property. The deposit will be refunded when the guest checks out. Please note that depending on the time of your arrival the keys will be handed over by the property manager or the security: Between 9 AM and 6 PM: The property manager will meet with you, give you a brief on the property and handover the keys. Between 6 PM to 9 AM: The security will hand over the keys and escort you to your unit. The property manager is available on the phone and will give you an introduction to the property the following morning. Please inform Casa Del Sol in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
