Please note that both overland and air transportation are available to Baganara. Overland will take you 2 hours approx from Georgetown. By airplane, it will take you only 30 minutes by small airplane. (5 pax) Baganara is an exclusive private island in the Essequibo River, only 5 min away from Sloth Island. The transportation fee to Baganara is an additional USD $100 person. Air transportation is provided if there are a minimum of 6 passengers. In the event of non-availability of flights, the property will arrange to pick you up and transport you to Parika, where you will board a boat to Bartica. A driver will escort you to the boat and pay all necessary costs. The Baganara boat will meet you at Bartica and transfer you to the Island. Payment before arrival via bank transfer or credit card is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
