Приветливые работники. Но это не повод угробить свой отпуск!

Через несколько часов после того, как я забронировал номер, отель "Ренессанс Ханоити" отменил мою бронь без объяснения причин. К счастью, у меня был с собой мобильный телефон, с которого я забронировал номер повторно, указав ту же кредитную карту. Если бы я этого не сделал, при регистрации с меня потребовали бы заплатить вдвое больше! Бассейн недостаточно безопасен для детей. От ресторана и стойки администратора к номерам ведет узкий коридор меньше метра шириной. Вода в бассейне ледяная - меньше 18 градусов!!! В ресторане всего 4 или 5 столиков, которых явно не хватает на более чем сто номеров. Здесь НЕТ Wi-Fi! Нет здесь и завтрака - только обед и ужин, что для четырехзвездочного отеля выглядит очень странно. Между тем ближайший приличный ресторан находится в получасе от отеля. Бассейн открыт только с 7 утра до 7 вечера. Если вы захотите встретить в бассейне рассвет или расслабиться в нем после 7 вечера, то сотрудники прогонят вас в номер. Сама деревня в целом очень пыльная, а пляж плохой и далеко расположен!
