Администратор был очень услужливым. В первую ночь нас заселили на этаж для курящих. На утро я попросил, чтобы нас переселили на другой этаж. Администратор был очень вежлив и тактичен и быстро нашел нам подходящий номер.

В номере не было Wi-fi, поэтому нужно было идти в зону общего пользования (там было очень шумно).

Завтрак, на мой взгляд, даже лучше, чем можно ожидать от двухзвёздочного отеля. Персонал прекрасно разговаривает по-английски. Имея в виду, что это Германия, и большинство людей по-английски не говорят, ты и с ними пытаешься говорить на немецком! :)

Гель для душа дали лишь в первый день нашего пребывания, естественно он быстро закончился. На следующий день пришлось обходиться без него. Не уверен, стоило ли рассчитывать на гель для душа каждый день в двухзвёздочном отеле?
