If the full amount is not paid before arrival, it may happen that your property is no longer available. Credit card information can be asked to secure your booking. These will not be used to collect the payment. Please note that your credit card will be authorized with the amount of the deposit. Please inform the property if your expected arrival time is after 17:00. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after booking via bank transfer and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Bed linen is optional, guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at an extra cost of EUR 9 (bed linen) and 13 (bed linen and towels) per person. Please contact the accommodation before your arrival if you want to book final cleaning or bed linen and towels. Please note that the person making the booking must be 21 years minimum. It is not possible to place extra beds and exceed the maximum capacity of the property unit. Your electricity, water and gas consumption is not included. This will be charged at the property based on consumption. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
