Приветливые и профессиональные работники. Очень чистый и удобный номер. Легко добираться до станции метро и центра города.

Мой номер был в левом крыле отеля (том, что дальше от железнодорожной станции). Меня беспокоил шум от машин такси, которые всю ночь ездили под окнами, и шум со стороны железной дороги. Номера в этом крыле нужно оборудовать двойными стеклопакетами и усиленной звукоизоляцией. До этого я уже приезжал сюда несколько раз, но останавливался в других частях здания и ни разу не замечал такой проблемы. Нужно ее решать.

Мы возвращались 2-го января, чтобы успеть на наш рейс. Тем не менее, мы вернулись сюда в первый день Нового года, чтобы снова пообедать и отужинать здесь. Удивительно, но повара готовят здесь кулинарные шедевры. На самом деле нам надо было лучше отдохнуть в Нюрнберге, чем отправляться в речной круиз.

Близко к Старому городу.

Приличный номер, хорошее расположение, но нет бесплатного интернета. Очень близко к Рождественским базарам и вокзалу. У меня возникла проблема в ванной – никак не мог добиться, чтобы текла горячая вода.

Курильщики блокировали вход в гостиницу. Нет бесплатного доступа в Интернет. В номере нет чая и кофе.
