1. Неплохое местоположение - хотя мне попадалось несколько вариантов поближе к центру. 2. Работники были приветливыми и профессиональными.

1. Отель своих четырех звезд не заслуживает. Это похоже на трехзвездочный отель - по цене четырехзвездочного. 2. В холле можно было выйти в Интернет, но за это с постояльцев брали деньги.

Отель находится всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от главной железнодорожной станции и въезда в старый город. Завтрак отличный, но так как мы не планировали завтракать каждый день в отеле, он не был включен в стоимость номера. Несмотря на табличку «не беспокоить», нам все равно постоянно пополняли запас воды и каждый день убирали в номере, хотя обещали раз в 3 дня. В отеле не предусмотрен въезд для инвалидных колясок, для меня это было небольшой трудностью, но спасибо персоналу, они очень внимательны и обходительны.

Кровати и подушки были удобные. В номере был обогреватель, необходимый в холодное время года. Хорошее обслуживание номеров.

В номере не было возможности приготовить чай/кофе.
