Мы бронировали номер для некурящих, нас было 2 взрослых и 2 детей. Мы приехали рано, а персонал попытался заселить нас как можно раньше. Они предоставили нам номер больше по размеру, чем мы бронировали, однако в нем очень сильно пахло сигаретами, а сам номер нуждался в реновации. Номер был чистый, однако настолько старый, что ковер в номере уже даже не отмывался. Проведя одну ночь в таком номере, я попросил одну приятную женщину дать нам другой. Она переселила нас в современный, новый и чистый номер.
