All check-ins after 18:00 on the weekends or public holidays are done through self-check-in process. A video instruction will be sent to the guest in advance via mail or phone. Please contact the property 30 minutes in advance of your arrival in Garmisch to arrange the key collection. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. Please note payment of the service charge is obligatory. The service charge includes incidental costs, bed linen, towels, laundry service and the final cleaning fee. Please note that the rate for the apartment changes depending on the amount of people staying at the apartment. If the reservation is made for more than 2 people, all the bedrooms will be available.
